Madison Hildebrand is achieving extraordinary goals in record-breaking time. Hildebrand, star of Bravo's hit reality series "Million Dollar Listing," is Malibu's most wanted real estate mogul. Over the past 30 months, Hildebrand has sold over 80 million dollars in celebrity real estate earning him the self-proclaimed title "King of Malibu" and has been recognized in the top 2% of agents in the Coldwell Banker International family as well as recently earning the title of "Top Producing New Agent" at the Coldwell Banker Malibu West Office.
Hildebrand, the middle of three siblings, was born in Mesa, Arizona. Soon after, Hildebrand's parents including brothers began moving all around the country. Hildebrand has called home everywhere from Austin to Wilton, and Connecticut to San Diego. While growing up, Hildebrand had an obsession with advertising. As a child he would sit in front of the television mesmerized by commercials and would even tear apart magazines in order to create his own advertisements.
After graduating from high school, Hildebrand moved to sunny Malibu, California to attend the prestigious Pepperdine University. While attending Pepperdine, Hildebrand bought his first property in Malibu and lived there throughout college. In 2003, he graduated with a Bachelors Degree of Communication Arts in Advertising and soon after he began selling his property. It was during this time that Hildebrand decided to take a stab at obtaining a real estate license. While pursuing a California real estate license, Hildebrand earned a mentorship with one of the top producing agents in the nation. Obtaining his license in December 2005 helped him formulate his first sale; totaling 2.8 million dollars. In January 2006 Hildebrand became a member of the Coldwell Banker family working at the Malibu West office.
As the bright eyed Hildebrand began to brand his mark in the real estate world, he was approached by the critically acclaimed Bravo network to star in the real estate reality series "Million Dollar Listing". He gradually became a break out star, sealing him as a titan in the world of real estate. When the first season of "Million Dollar Listing" first aired in August 2006 it quickly became a network hit. Hildebrand, whom was inspired from the massive amount of inquiries from young aspiring business men and women, penned the novel, "Activate Your Passion, Create Your Career," which guides readers through simple life lessons and how to succeed in the world of business. The novel is scheduled to be released in conjunction with the premiere of the second season of "Million Dollar Listing," which wrapped up production late 2007.
In addition to starring on "Million Dollar Listing," Hildebrand is also known for his involvement in community service organizations such as being the Vice President of Malibu's Green Machine Project, an organization to improve Malibu's aesthetic beauty. With the trauma of the devastating fires that engulfed Southern California in the fall of 2007, Hildebrand was turned to as a media expert and a community leader.
When Hildebrand is not adding finishing touches to his novels, selling over 80 million dollars in real estate, filming a hit reality series or conserving the environment, he enjoys surfing, snowboarding and playing with his 9 year old Labrador Doberman, Rex. Madison Hildebrand is returning for season two of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing," and is ready to trump the world of television, real estate, and now literature, all in one sitting.
