Marketing Coordinator Position

Some responsibilities Include:

  • Consult and coordinate with our clients; property photos, staging, repairs, open houses, marketing activities etc.
  • Respond quickly to client communications.
  • Assist in online marketing activities: social media, e-blasts, 3rd party sites.
  • Coordinate print marketing and press  
  • Provide regular feedback to sellers regarding showings and marketing activities.
  • Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed.
  • Stay in a state of constant learning about business principles, client care and the real estate industry.


Requirements Include:

  • Excellent client servicing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for self-directed learning.
  • Prompt and on time.
  • Excellent phone presence.
  • Comfortable on camera for Bravo TV's Million Dollar Listing
  • Familiar with G-Suite.
